Pallet Stripping Machines

The Pallet Master 2-in-1 was developed from the ground up in response to a direct industry need for a fast pallet repair station. It uses the same tried & tested running gear of the Mark 1 but the chassis and table design will take the daily constant pounding of nail guns & hammers with ease. This machine has a large table area for pallets to be worked on and spun round as required with the ability to cut from one to all the boards off a pallet quickly and effectively. A handy tool tray is conveniently placed at table height so that the operator can quickly access nail guns, hammers, etc for fast pallet repair and turn around.

This machine is ideally suited to pallet yards who carry out a large number of repairs to pallets, rather than requiring the complete pallet striping capability of the Mark 1. The Pallet Master 2 in 1 is capable of stripping pallets down completely to their component parts but it's unique in its ability to remove just a few components from a pallet and allow the operator to re-build the pallet quickly and effectively all in one place. Many owners find a Pallet Master invaluable when worked along side a Mark 1. The Mark 1 can be used to completely strip down pallets in seconds, the Pallet Master can then be used to cut a few boards off a damaged but otherwise fairly sound pallet and then use the boards that have been reclaimed by the Mark 1 to repair the sound pallet quickly.
