Waste
Tank for a Toilet Trailer
A
trailer manufacturer recently asked Sprite Manufacturing to construct
a special waste control unit for a mobile lavatory used for concerts
and outdoor events.
We
built a custom baffled-waste-tank from stainless steel to lie under
the trailer floor. Inspection hatches and hygienic auto outlets were
fitted, before the tank was water tested and then bolted into the trailer’s
chassis.
The
baffles allow the trailer with a full tank to be towed safely to the
disposal point, while the stainless steel construction resists attack
from the chemicals used in the tank.
Result:
Once again, Sprite Manufacturing produced a bespoke solution
to meet the customer's exacting design requirements.
